Simple Wills
Wills are an essentially tool of the estate planning process and our firm understands how to properly formulate the language in wills to make sure your wishes are clear and understandable.
Power of Attorneys
Power of Attorneys just make things easier for family members in case you are incapacitated and you are no longer able to make decisions or express your wishes. Generally, Powers of Attorneys are used up to and terminate upon a person's death. They can be used to buy or sell property, handle finances, operate a business, and whatever else you may want specified.
Health Care Proxy
Health Care Proxys dictate and list your wishes in regards to medical related treatment if the worst happens. They discuss things such as tube feeding and life support and nominates a representative on your behalf to uphold your wishes on these topics.
